Walter Rothschild Zoological Museum Paul Kitching - Museum Manager The Natural History Museum at Tring is housed within a historic listed building. Currently, the Museum does not have a lift to enable visitors with mobility difficulties to get to the upper galleries; as such we wanted to commission a touch screen virtual tour to give some form of access to these galleries. We selected Movingeye from a number of potential providers on the basis of their excellent customer service. Movingeye listened carefully to what we hoped to achieve, they presented a solution for the Museum team to review and comment on, and crucially they took the time to ensure that we understood the technical aspects of their recommended system. On the days of the photo-shoot, Movingeye were very professional in their approach; they worked out of hours in a difficult environment safely and to schedule. The quality of the digital photography and later image manipulation were excellent, as was the recording and editing of the voice over commentary. The tour was delivered on time and to budget. In addition to this Movingeye's support and aftercare has been brilliant. We would have no hesitation in recommending Movingeye to other companies and would be more than happy to talk to potential customers about our experiences.
